We ship worldwide and work only with transport companies that ensure the safe transportation of fragile objects.

The pieces are packed using shock absorption techniques and reinforced the rigidity of each package, to minimize the possibility of damage, which is responsibility of the transport company, at no cost to the customer.

Premium service – If the customer prefers to receive the pieces in wooden boxes, these are provided for a reduced fee, thus ensuring 100% safe transportation.

  • Any shipment quotation will be welcome. Please let us know the complete address of the recipient.
  • Shipping to Porto and store pickup are free of charge.


Large Volumes and Fragile Produts: 
Products that due to their characteristics, weight or volume, have an associated delivery cost.

Returns

The return period, if you wish to cancel a purchase, is 7 working days from the day you receive the part, the purchase price will be refunded as soon as the part is returned to us in the condition in which it was sold. The shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Items returned in a condition other than at the time of sale will not be refunded.
